The Gateway 100 from Dension, offers drivers a new iPod integration experience for your vehicle. The Gateway 100 offers complete iPod integration to your factory fitted stereo, with plug-plug installation. By connecting the gateway harness to the CD Changer socket on the back of your radio prepare yourself for unlimited use of your iPod when ever and where ever you're going.

Operation of the device is simple, once connected to the OEM radio, the Gateway emulates a CD Changer, thus the control and access of your iPod's menus is now a function of the CD controls in the vehicle.

Key Features of Dension iPod Vehicle Integration Kits:

On-screen Text Display; Song / artist text information is available on your factory radio and display screen (where compatible). If your radio does not have any text display, do not worry the information is still displayed on the iPod.

iPod control: You can either control the iPod from the factory radio or standard iPod controls. The Dension Gateway 100 interprets the radio controls from your vehicle to access the iPod. Then translates the iPod's digital data to emulate a fully loaded CD Changer but with more advanced features

Future iPod Ready; Dension have upgraded the Gateway 100 to allow the charging of the new 5v iPods (iPhone and Nano 3rd Gen) and possibly all future iPods. The older 9v iPod are also charged whilst plugged into the Gateway system.

Gateway Accessories include:

1. Active cradle, is designed to be mounted to the dashboard. Supplied with vent clips that allow you to attach the Cradle to any vents on the dash, the iPod is clearly and proudly displayed in your car. (link to Active Cradle product page)

2. Dock Cable, is designed to be concealed and discrete; it's supplied with iPod clips that hold the iPod in place if installed in a more private position such as the glove box or centre console.
